Last month Rawhide lit up the desert Sky with Illenium : Return To Rawhide. This Electronic
music festival was the first Relentless Beats event hosted at Rawhide since 2021. The event
was headlined by Illenium along with performances by Mamba, Bonnie X Clyde, and Crankdat.
The energetic night started off with Mamba. His set was filled with hard hitting dubstep that
captivated the crowd from the first drop. The DJ duo Bonnie X Clyde performed next. Their
beautiful melodies and booming bass had us all in a trance. Next to hit the stage was Crankdat.
The deep sub basses and aggressive drops made for a fun whole body experience that hooked
the whole crowd. Finally the headliner Illenium took to the stage. The beautiful vocals and
transcendent drops of his songs had the packed venue dancing till the end of the night. My
favorite set of the night was Crankdat. along with his pyrotechnics I really enjoyed when he
pulled out a cardboard cutout of Nick Cage. Overall this event was a blast and I hope for more
at Rawhide in the future.
